Software Order definition

Software Order means an Order for Software and any Software Support & Maintenance.
Software Order means an agreement incorporated by reference into this Agreement through which you contract with Licensor, directly or indirectly, to order a license to the Software and agree to any restrictions on use specified in the order. Such restrictions will include, but are not limited to, a maximum number of Seats.
Software Order means a separate document provided (a) by Aviatrix, (b) by an Approved Source or (c) through a Marketplace by Aviatrix or an Approved Source that sets forth the specific Subscription Software, Metered Software, Device(s), and/or Consulting Services ordered by Customer. Each Software Order shall be accepted by you by your signature on the Software Order or by placing a Software Order through a Marketplace, and each will be binding on us and you, subject to this Agreement (except with respect to Section C (Procure to Pay Terms) if the Software Order is with an Approved Source or through a Marketplace) and shall incorporate its terms and conditions by reference.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence with the term of as outlined in a Software Order (the Term”).

  • This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between You (either an individual or a single entity, sometimes referred to herein as “Customer”) and Cloud9 Discovery LLC (dba CloudNine), for the number of Authorized Users (as defined below) as referenced in a corresponding Software Order, the terms of which are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.

Software Order. A CONTRACTOR order form identifying software modules purchased by DLEC from CONTRACTOR which has been signed and accepted by DLEC and has been accepted by CONTRACTOR.

Related to Software Order

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
