Software Order definition

Software Order means an agreement incorporated by reference into this Agreement through which you contract with Licensor, directly or indirectly, to order a license to the Software and agree to any restrictions on use specified in the order. Such restrictions will include, but are not limited to, a maximum number of Seats.
Software Order means that document setting forth the number of units, Subscription Fees associated with the Program. The Software Order may be a paper form or may be comprised of an order form, order agreement proposal, quote or the online form You completed or the information You provided verbally, when ordering a Program and any confirmation of the information You provided, including but not limited to Your election with regard to Term, and is a part of this Agreement. The Software Order incorporates by reference this End User License Agreements.
Software Order means an Order for Software and any Software Support & Maintenance.

Examples of Software Order in a sentence

  • The rights that Licensor grants you under the License are subject to the limitations and other terms and restrictions specified in any applicable Software Order and the other terms of this Agreement, including full payment of all amounts due under Section 3 (if any), and you may only make use of the License if you comply with all applicable terms.

  • For the aforementioned purpose, on or before providing a Software Order, Licensor will provide Licensee with documentation sufficient to substantiate reduced or exemption (if any) of withholding income tax subject to the Tax Treaty.

  • Your License will be subject to payment of applicable License Fees unless your Software Order states otherwise.

Software Order means a separate document provided (a) by Aviatrix, (b) by an Approved Source or (c) through a Marketplace by Aviatrix or an Approved Source that sets forth the specific Subscription Software, Metered Software, Device(s), and/or Consulting Services ordered by Customer. Each Software Order shall be accepted by you by your signature on the Software Order or by placing a Software Order through a Marketplace, and each will be binding on us and you, subject to this Agreement (except with respect to Section C (Procure to Pay Terms) if the Software Order is with an Approved Source or through a Marketplace) and shall incorporate its terms and conditions by reference.

Related to Software Order

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Supplier Software software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier) and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services, including the software specified as such in Schedule 5 (Software);

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
