No Splitting of Shifts. There shall be no splitting of shifts in any given day (i.e., if there should be any waiting time between the cessation of work and the recommencement of work in any single day, such waiting time (exclusive of any meal period of one (1) hour duration) shall be credited at straight time for purposes of calculating hours of work performed within the averaging period).
