No Strike Affirmation. The Union affirms that it shall not assert the right to strike against the County, to assist or participate in any such strike, or to impose an obligation upon its members to conduct, assist, or participate in such a strike. It is further expressly agreed that the pledge herein recited is an essential element of consideration for this Agreement.
