NO STRIKE PROVISION. 8. During It is mutually agreed and understood that during the term of period this agreement MOU is in force and effect, the City Union will not lock out the employees who are covered by this MOU. This Union and the employees shall not authorize or engage in any strike, cause, encourage, or condone a work stoppage, slowdown, or sympathy work stoppage. As required by the Charter, represented employees are also bound by the above and to the extent required by the Charter, agree not to honor a strike as defined or picket line of any other City employees. The City agrees not to conduct a lockout against any of the employees covered by Charter Section A8.346this MOU during the terms of this MOU.
