Common use of No Strike Clause in Contracts

No Strike. Neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form of economic pressure or picketing against the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of this Agreement.

No Strike. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same such activities during the term of this AgreementAgreement or any extension thereof.

Neither The Association, its officers, agents and the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting shall not engage in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any a strike, sympathy strikework stoppage, walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, nor shall they engage in any form of economic pressure or picketing against the Employer. In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkoutslow-down, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage other concerted action or threat thereof, refuse or fail to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities or otherwise interfere with the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert operations of the same District during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity. The employer agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, it will not engage in a lockout of the employees of this unit provided they do not engage in any of the above activities.

In the event of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same Regional District's premises during the term of this Agreement.

Neither The Union, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is in an operating condition that conforms with applicable state and federal law) or refuse to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor its members, agents, representatives, employees any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or persons acting in concert with them, shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown or other work stoppage decisions of any nature whatsoeverthe City, nor shall they engage in any form to effect a change of economic pressure personnel or picketing against operations of management or of employees not covered by the Employer. In the event Memorandum of any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage or threat thereof, the Union and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert the same during the term of this AgreementUnderstanding.
