NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUT. There shall be no strikes, slowdowns, sympathy strikes, work stoppages, picketing, or concerted interference with the business of the Employer, on the part of CRONA, CRONA officers or its agents. There shall be no lockout on the part of the Employer during the term of this Agreement.
