No Verbal Abuse or Overzealous Supervision. The University and the Union agree that supervisory employees must demonstrate exemplary conduct. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to restraining from verbal or physical attacks on employees, threatening employees, and humiliation or harassment in any form prohibited by law. We also expect employees to maintain the same rules of professionalism.
