Nomination The Allottee admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Promoter) as nomination charge to the Promoter subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the below mentioned conditions:

Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
Curriculum Committee The Curriculum Committee shall consist of sixteen (16) members of the bargaining unit, three (3) students, and three (3) administrators; provided, however, that in the case of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, the Curriculum Committee shall be composed of ten (10) members of the bargaining unit, two (2) students, and two (2) administrators.
Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02
