Non-Abuse Complaints or Charges. The employee shall be informed of the nature of the complaint or charges at the earliest practical time. The employee shall receive a copy or, if one is not available, a written statement of such complaint or charges or portion thereof that is being investigated, before the employee is required to respond to questions concerning the complaint or charges. Such interview shall occur during employee paid time. This section shall not apply to criminal investigations under the jurisdiction of the State Police.

  • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.

  • Anonymous Complaints When an anonymous complaint, where the complaint, if true, would not or could not lead to criminal charges, is made against a member and no corroborative evidence is obtained through a prompt investigation by management, the complaint shall be classified as unfounded. No disciplinary action may be brought as the result of unfounded complaints.

  • Client Complaints The Operator and AHS shall promptly inform the other party of any material complaints, concerns or grievances made to or against the Operator with respect to the Services. The Operator acknowledges that AHS is required to establish and maintain a patient concerns resolution process in accordance with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process Regulation (AR 124/2006) and that AHS has been advised by the Office of the Alberta Ombudsman that all contracted service providers are also required to have a patient concerns resolution process in place. The Operator shall comply with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process in Schedule “D”, Appendix 5.

  • OUR CHARGES 6.1 We charge a brokerage fee for our services (the “Fee”). Unless otherwise agreed and where we are not acting as principal, the Fee will be levied in accordance with our rates in effect at the time the Fees are incurred or as otherwise notified to you, verbally or in writing prior to dealing. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein.   • User Charges 1. User charges that may be imposed by the competent charging authorities or bodies of each Party on the airlines of the other Party shall be just, reasonable, not unjustly discriminatory, and equitably apportioned among categories of users. In any event, any such user charges shall be assessed on the airlines of the other Party on terms not less favorable than the most favorable terms available to any other airline at the time the charges are assessed.
