NON-BIA PROGRAMS. Subject to the provisions of the regulations promulgated pursuant to Section 407 of P.L. 103-413, the administration of programs, activities, functions, and services, or portions thereof, under Section 403(b)(2) and (3), or 403(c), shall be subject to such terms as have been agreed to in this Compact and such funding and responsibilities as may be mutually agreed to in the applicable Annual Funding Agreement.

NON-BIA PROGRAMS. Subject to the provisions of the regulations to be promulgated pursuant to Section 407 of Title II of Pub.L.l03-413, the administration of programs, services, functions, or activities under Section 403 (b) (2), (b) (3) , and (c) of Title II of Pub. L. 103-413, shall be controlled by the terms of the applicable annual funding agreements.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.

  • Educational Programs 412. Subject to the approval of the appointing officer, Personal Property Auditors and other represented employees shall be on paid status when attending educational programs required to maintain a job-related state license.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Apprenticeship Program 62. The parties agree to meet to discuss the development of mutually agreeable apprenticeship programs. The specific provisions of the apprenticeship programs shall be subject to agreement between the City, the Civil Service Commission (where appropriate), and the Union.
