Non-Conflict of Interest. The undersigned hereby warrants, represents, covenants, and guarantees all of the following:
Non-Conflict of Interest. DCSD expressly reserves the right to contract with others to obtain services similar or identical to those provided by Supplier, and Supplier expressly reserves the right to contract with others to provide services similar or identical to those provided to DCSD, provided, however, that Supplier shall not engage in any work that creates a Conflict of Interest with DCSD. Supplier agrees that it has no interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, that would conflict in any manner or degree with performance of the Supplier’s services to DCSD.
Non-Conflict of Interest. District expressly reserves the right to contract with others to obtain services similar or identical to those provided under this Agreement and CCC expressly reserves the right to contract with others to provide services similar or identical to those provided under this Agreement, provided, however, that CCC shall not engage in any work during the term of this Agreement that creates an actual conflict of interest with District.
