  • Annual Financial Audit The School will annually obtain a financial audit, from a licensed Certified Public Accountant or Auditor, selected pursuant to section 218.391, Florida Statutes. The audit will be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards; Governing Standards and the Rules of the Auditor General for the State of Florida. The School will provide a copy of its annual financial audit (including any School responses to audit findings) to the Sponsor no later than September 30. The Sponsor reserves the right to perform additional audits and investigations at its expense as part of the Sponsor's financial monitoring responsibilities as it deems necessary to ensure fiscal accountability and sound financial management.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING BOYCOTTING CERTAIN ENERGY COMPANIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2274 of SB 13 (87th session), the company hereby certifies and verifies that the company, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of these entities or business associations, if any, does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the contract.   • Audit and the National Audit Office E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.
