Non-Exclusive Appointment. Subject to compliance with the terms of this Addendum, Distributor hereby grants CSR the non-exclusive right and authority to purchase from Distributor and subsequently market and sell Cloud Services to End Users in the Territory.
Non-Exclusive Appointment. You agree on a non-exclusive basis to use reasonable efforts to solicit and receive offers to purchase Shares in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Offering Documents. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit our right to make other arrangements with respect to the Shares with any person, including the appointment of other distributors or selling dealers.
Non-Exclusive Appointment. The Eighth Issuer Corporate Services Provider shall be entitled to provide services of a like nature to those to be provided by the Eighth Issuer Corporate Services Provider under this Agreement to any other person. The Eighth Issuer Corporate Services Provider shall not be deemed to be affected with notice of or to be under any duty to disclose to the Eighth Issuer any fact or matter which may come to the notice of the Eighth Issuer Corporate Services Provider or any employee in the course of the Eighth Issuer Corporate Services Provider rendering similar services to other persons in the course of business in any other capacity or in any manner whatsoever otherwise than in the course of carrying out its duties hereunder.
Non-Exclusive Appointment. The appointment of the Supplier under this Agreement is non-exclusive. It does not restrict the Company's right to contract with other persons for the supply of the Goods (or the supply of any goods similar to the Goods).
Non-Exclusive Appointment. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that its appointment is not exclusive and HBDHB may itself provide, or appoint any other person to provide, services identical or similar to the Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Boxcar hereby appoints Reseller to act as a non-exclusive reseller with the non-exclusive right to purchase, inventory, promote, market, advertise, and resell Boxcar’s custom printed products (the “Products”) to Third Party Clients within the Territory. Reseller agrees and acknowledges that Boxcar retains the right to promote, market, advertise and sell Products within the Territory itself or through others, including, but not limited to, the use of sales representatives and the appointment of other resellers in the Territory.
Non-Exclusive Appointment. (a) HSBC hereby appoints the Supplier, and the Supplier unconditionally accepts such appointment, as the non-exclusive provider of the Services, or services similar to the Services, to HSBC and other HSBC Group Members.
Non-Exclusive Appointment. IPC may Recommend the Products under this Agreement in any state where IPC resides, and in any such other state or territory as otherwise approved in writing by Forte.

Seller hereby appoints Distributor, and Distributor hereby accepts the appointment, to act as a non-exclusive distributor of Goods to Customers during the Term in accordance with the terms and condition s of this Agreement. Distributor shall not sell or offer to sell Goods outside the Territory without prior written approval from the Seller, email will suffice with mutual acceptance. Seller may in its sole discretion sell the Goods to any other person, including distributors, retailers, and customers in or outside the Territory, except as specifically provided herein. By accepting this appointment, Distributor agrees to conform to all quality standards established from time to time by Seller for its distributors. These quality standards are subject to change by Seller on 30 days’ prior notice to Distributor.
