NON-MARKET HOUSING. As part of the Affordable Housing Strategy, the City will determine how many units of social housing will be targeted in the MLBE Corridor and whether such non-market housing is to be financed by developer contributions, partner contributions, and/or City contributions. This work will be initiated in 2018, with a target completion by the end of 2021.

NON-MARKET HOUSING. The Purchaser acknowledges that in conjunction with the Municipality’s requirements that the Lands be developed for employee housing purposes, a housing agreement/covenant/rent charge (the “Housing Agreement Covenant”) substantially in the form attached as Exhibit J to the Disclosure Statement and a right of first refusal and option to purchase (collectively, the “Option/RFR”) substantially in the form attached as Exhibit K to the Disclosure Statement will be registered against title to the Strata Lot on the Completion Date in accordance with section 16, all as more particularly described in section 4.7 of the Disclosure Statement. The Purchaser also acknowledges that at the Vendor’s request the Purchaser may be required to execute a one-page agreement in which the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms of the Housing Agreement Covenant.‌
NON-MARKET HOUSING. The Purchaser acknowledges that in conjunction with the Municipality’s requirements that the Lands be developed for employee housing purposes, the housing agreement CB120019 registered on title to the Lands (the “Housing Agreement Covenant”) substantially in the form attached as Exhibit “I” to the Disclosure Statement and a right of first refusal and option to purchase (collectively, the “Option/RFR”) substantially in the form attached as Schedule D to the Housing Agreement Covenant will be registered against title to the Strata Lot on the Completion Date in accordance with section 15, all as more particularly described in section 2.1 of the Disclosure Statement. The Purchaser further acknowledges that the Strata Lot that is being purchased pursuant to this Contract is an Employee Unit as defined within the Disclosure Statement. The Purchaser also acknowledges that at the Vendor’s request the Purchaser may be required to execute a one-page agreement in which the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms of the Housing Agreement Covenant.

  • Market Abuse 13.1 The Client acknowledges that he will not enter into any transaction which falls within the definition of market abuses of Seychelles Securities Xxx 0000 as amended.   • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.
