Non-Occupational Disability Leave. a. Upon submission of an appropriate certificate from a licensed medical provider, an employee may be granted non-occupational disability leave. The employee utilizing non-occupational disability leave shall utilize all sick leave accredited to him/her and upon the expiration of sick leave shall utilize any accredited annual vacation leave and compensatory time.
