Non-Production Environments. CentralSquare will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide non- production environment(s) during Customer business hours. Non-production environments are not included under the metrics or service credit schedules discussed in this Exhibit.
Non-Production Environments. You may use the Server Software in a technical environment and on the platforms and configurations specified in the Documentation, solely for internal development and testing in connection with your licensed Software, or for disaster recovery purposes ("Non-Production Environment"). Your installation, activation or use of a copy of the Software in a Non- Production Environment is limited to the same number of Authorized Users and/or permitted number of Cores and/or computers as provided under Section 3.1 above. Your use of the Server Software in a Non-Production Environment may be concurrent with your use of the licensed Software in a Production Environment and such use is conditioned on you having an authorized license for the Software. You are only entitled to two (2) Non-Production Environments under this Agreement. Any additional licenses for Non- Production Environments other than what is described in this Section 3.3 can be purchased by you and shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions contained in the applicable Ordering Document.

Licensee’s use of the Web Server Software in a Non-Production Environment may be concurrent with Licensee’s use of the Software and such use is conditioned on Licensee having an authorized license for the Software. If your license for Server Software is Core-Based, the creation, sharing, viewing, refreshing and/or revising of visualizations or data sources and any similar content development or review is not a permitted use for the Non-Production Environment. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing usage restrictions do not apply if your license for Server Software is User-Based. Your installation, activation or use of a copy of the Software in a Non-Production Environment is limited to the same Authorized Users and/or permitted number of Cores as provided under Section 3.1 above. Your use of the Server Software in a Non- Production Environment may be concurrent with your use of the licensed Software in a Production Environment and such use is conditioned on you having an authorized license for the Software. You are only entitled to two (2) Non-Production Environments under this Agreement. End User’s installation, activation or use of a copy of the Tableau Licensed Software in a Non-‐Production Environment is limited to the same number of Authorized Users and/or permitted number of Cores as provided above. End User’s use of the Server Software in a Non-‐Production Environment may be concurrent with End User’s use of the Tableau Licensed Software and such use is conditioned on End User having an authorized license for the Tableau Licensed Software. End User is entitled to only two (2) Non-‐Production Environments.
Non-Production Environments. With respect to Customer’s use of any user acceptance testing or trial environment in relation to the Software or Services, the following shall apply, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein. These environments: (i) are not intended to contain production-level data and Convercent shall not be responsible for any data input into such environments; and (ii) may contain forward-looking code that is provided only for evaluation purposes and are not subject to the warranties herein. THESE ENVIRONMENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
