Non-Promotion/Non-Renewal of Appointment. Should the Program decide not to promote/reappoint the Resident to a subsequent year of training, the Program will provide the Resident with written notice of intent within a reasonable period of time; not less than 90 days prior to the Agreement term date. Non-reappointment/non-promotion is subject to the Graduate Medical Education Policy: Due Process/Appeals.

  • Term of Appointment 2.1 The Appointment shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue, subject to the remaining terms of this agreement, until terminated by either party giving the other not less than three months’ prior notice in writing.

The Student is solely responsible for the timely completion of housing agreements for future periods. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who are unwilling to adhere to the basic elements of good housekeeping, and community living. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who disregard or violate rules, regulations, or policies established for governing UCF DHRL residential facilities. Finally, housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who have outstanding charges from UCF DHRL.

  • Duration of Appointment The Employment shall be deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date and shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
