Common use of NON-RESOLVED GRIEVANCES Clause in Contracts

NON-RESOLVED GRIEVANCES. (a) Referral to Arbitration Grievances that have not been resolved through the grievance procedure may be referred by either party to Arbitration, with written notice to the Parties involved. The referral to Arbitration must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the expiry of the time limit provided in Step 3.
