Non-Television Episodes. DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is not a Television Episode (“Feature Film”) shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion. Licensor currently anticipates categorizing such programs into one of the following pricing tiers, with the corresponding initial price points (a) for Standard Definition distributed in the United States, (i) Price Tier 1: US$15.50; (ii) Price Tier 2: US$8.50; and (iii) Price Tier 3: US$7.00, (b) for Standard Definition distributed in Canada, (i) Price Tier 1: CAD$19.00; (ii) Price Tier 2: CAD$10.00; and (iii) Price Tier 3: CAD$7.50 and (c) for High Definition distributed in the United States, (i) Price Tier 1: US$19.50, (ii) Price Tier 2: US$15.50, and (iii) Price Tier 3: to be discussed by the parties in good faith. For the avoidance of doubt, no Feature Films shall be distributed in High Definition in Canada. The parties acknowledge that, as of the date hereof, they have not agreed on initial price points for Tier 3 Feature Films distributed in High Definition. If the parties have not come to agreement with respect to the foregoing by the time Licensor re-prices a Feature Film distributed in High Definition into Tier 3 as set forth in this Section 6.1, Licensee shall have the right to cease distributing such Feature Film in High Definition on the Licensed Service as of the effective date of such Repricing. Licensor shall notify Licensee of the DHE Distributor Price for each DHE Included Program in a written notice to Licensee from time to time. Licensor may update DHE Distributor Prices and/or add or remove pricing tiers at any time in Licensor’s sole discretion pursuant to the notice procedures set forth in Article 22 of Schedule A. Notice of any adjustment to the DHE Distributor Price for a DHE Included Program that is not a Television Episode (“Repricing”) shall be set forth in a written notice to Licensee not less than 30 days prior to the effective date of such Repricing.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.
