Nonexclusive Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as to preclude Aternity from developing, using, marketing or otherwise exploiting products, services, software or other Intellectual Property that may be competitive with any Deliverables prepared for Customer hereunder, irrespective of whether such Intellectual Property is similar or related to the Deliverables developed under this Agreement, provided that Aternity does not use or reference any Customer IP in such activities.
Nonexclusive Relationship. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted to it and the obligations of the parties to one another are non-exclusive, and that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to prohibit each party from participating in similar business arrangements as those described herein with third parties.
Nonexclusive Relationship. Client recognizes and acknowledges that Advisor performs investment advisory services for various clients, that may include investment companies. Client agrees that Advisor may give advice and take action with respect to its other clients that may differ from advice given or the timing or nature of action taken with respect to the Account. Advisor will have no obligation to purchase or sell for the Account, or to recommend for purchase or sale by the Account, any security that Advisor, its principals, affiliates or employees may purchase or sell for their own accounts or for the benefit of other clients. Client further recognizes that transactions in a specific security may not be ordered or effected for all clients’ accounts at the same time or at the same price.
Nonexclusive Relationship. The relationship between Contractor and the City is nonexclusive. Contractor may represent, perform services for, and be employed by such additional clients, persons, or companies as Contractor, in Contractor’s sole discretion, sees fit. It is understood that Contractor services are available to the general public and not to the City exclusively.
Nonexclusive Relationship. Each party acknowledges that this Agreement is nonexclusive in nature and that either party may enter into similar agreements or arrangements with any other organization. Further, each party acknowledges that the other shall, at all times remain free to develop and market products, services and solutions to any third parties, alone or in conjunction with other parties, which are the same as, similar to, or which may be considered competitive to services provided by either Voicestream or i3 Mobile.

Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as to preclude Riverbed from developing, using, marketing or otherwise exploiting products, services, hardware, software or other Intellectual Property that may be competitive with any Deliverables prepared for Customer hereunder, irrespective of whether such Intellectual Property is similar or related to the Deliverables developed under this Agreement, provided that Riverbed does not use or reference any Customer IP in such activities.
Nonexclusive Relationship. This Agreement is nonexclusive; it does not in any way restrict Contractor from performing services for others, or from engaging other firms to assist Contractor in finding other client opportunities; and it does not in any way restrict Company from offering Client Projects to other self-employed mystery shopping professionals.
Nonexclusive Relationship. This Agreement is nonexclusive. Seller reserves the right to, and to authorize others to market, offer, sell, license, and distribute the Licensed Materials and Services via the AWS Marketplace or elsewhere. Authorized Reseller shall not appoint or engage any third party to act on Authorized Xxxxxxxx’s behalf as its agent, representative, or distributor to either purchase or sell Seller’s Licensed Material under the terms of this Agreement. Authorized Reseller reserves the right to market, offer, sell, license and distribute, products and services of third parties via the AWS Marketplace or elsewhere, including products similar to or competitive with the Licensed Material and/or Services.
Nonexclusive Relationship. Nothing in the SOW will be construed as to preclude SevOne from developing, using, marketing or otherwise exploiting products, services, hardware, software or other intellectual property that may be competitive with any deliverables prepared for Customer hereunder, irrespective of whether such intellectual property is similar or related to the deliverables developed under the SOW.
Nonexclusive Relationship. The Parties acknowledge and agree that nothing in this Agreement shall prevent or prohibit PW from selling a subscription or license to the PW Software to any pathology group, medical practice or to any other potential client.
