Performing services for others. Provided we do not disclose your confidential information and we comply with our ethical obligations, you agree that we may perform services for other parties whose interests may conflict or compete with yours.
Performing services for others. Xxxxx Xxxxx agrees that Contractor may perform services for others, so long as the performance of these services does not interfere with the completion of the Project.
Performing services for others. BSC agrees that Consultant may perform services for others, so long as the performance of those services does not interfere with the performance or completion of any Services. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant to Consultant any exclusive rights to do business with BSC and that BSC may contract with other suppliers for the procurement of comparable services. BSC makes no guarantee or commitment for any minimum or maximum amount of Services to be purchased under this Agreement.
Performing services for others. Nothing in our Agreement with you will prevent us from providing services equivalent to the Services to any third party though we will not use your confidential information in doing so.

Provided CTM Singapore does not disclose the Company’s confidential information and CTM Singapore complies with its ethical obligations, the Company agrees that CTM Singapore may perform services for the other parties whose interests may conflict or compete with the Company’s.
Performing services for others. The consultancy arrangements contemplated by this Agreement shall be on an exclusive basis. The Consultant shall not during the course of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, provide any services whether on a consultancy or other basis to any legal or natural person or other entity engaged in the manufacture, distribution, sale or marketing of any products in competition with the Company’s Products. For the purposes of this clause 12, the tem “Products” shall mean ready-to-eat cereal products, toaster pastries, cereal bars, granola bars, crispy marshmallow squares, cookies, crackers, or any other grain-based convenience food or ay other product which the Company manufactures, distributes, sells or markets during the term of this Consultancy Agreement.
Performing services for others. The consultancy arrangements contemplated by this Agreement shall be on an exclusive basis. The Consultant shall not during the course of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, provide any of his Services as out lined in Exhibit A, whether on a consultancy or other basis, to any legal or natural person or other entity in competition with the Company’s current or future business. For the purposes of this clause, the term “Company’s Business” shall mean the development, installation, ownership, and operation of utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) parks, or the energy storage thereof.
