Noon Runs. Noon runs shall be paid at the regular run rate plus a differential of $2.55 per run (differential to increase year to year at same percentage rate as the regular run rate). When there is no scheduled noon run, per school calendar, drivers will not be paid for that noon run.

Noon Runs. (a) Xxxx runs created by the absence of the regular driver who may be on leave, will be ) assigned on the first (1st day the vacancy occurs, in accordance with the seniority provisions of this Agreement, to the next senior driver who does not have a regular noon run assignment, and is willing to take the run. In the event there are no full-time drivers without an assigned noon run, then a part- time driver will be used to fill the vacancy until the regular assigned driver returns. When it becomes known that the regular driver will not return, the run will be posted in accordance with the bidding procedure. Part-time drivers will enjoy all of the rights of full-time drivers during this time. (b) When a bid sheet is posted for extra work, the time will stand as posted, and anyone having a run will not be allowed to run the route if it would overlap his regular/noon run/route. If it does overlap, then it would go to the next senior driver who agrees and does not have an overlap on their regular/noon run/route.
Noon Runs. The bus driver who drives a noon hour run shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours pay for such run, or the actual time, whichever is greater.
Noon Runs. In the event that a noon run becomes available it shall be filled according to the following: a) The noon run shall be offered in order of seniority to city drivers without a noon run; b) If no city driver without a noon run accepts it, the noon run will become part of the city route of the city driver with the least seniority.

  • Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Where either Party acts as an IntraLATA Toll provider, each Party shall xxxx the other the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariff or price lists. Where either Party interconnects and delivers traffic to the other from third parties, each Party shall xxxx such third parties the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariffs, price lists or contractual offerings for such third party terminations.   • Closing Date and Location The Transaction will be completed at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific time) on the Closing Date, at the offices of the Purchaser’s Solicitors, or at such other location and time as is mutually agreed to by the Purchaser and the Target. Notwithstanding the location of the Closing, each party agrees that the Closing may be completed by the exchange of undertakings between the respective legal counsel for the Purchaser and the Target, provided such undertakings are satisfactory to each party’s respective legal counsel.
