Noon Runs Sample Clauses

Noon Runs. Noon runs shall be paid at the regular run rate plus a differential of $2.55 per run (differential to increase year to year at same percentage rate as the regular run rate). When there is no scheduled noon run, per school calendar, drivers will not be paid for that noon run.

Noon Runs. (a) Xxxx runs created by the absence of the regular driver who may be on leave, will be ) assigned on the first (1st day the vacancy occurs, in accordance with the seniority provisions of this Agreement, to the next senior driver who does not have a regular noon run assignment, and is willing to take the run. In the event there are no full-time drivers without an assigned noon run, then a part- time driver will be used to fill the vacancy until the regular assigned driver returns. When it becomes known that the regular driver will not return, the run will be posted in accordance with the bidding procedure. Part-time drivers will enjoy all of the rights of full-time drivers during this time. (b) When a bid sheet is posted for extra work, the time will stand as posted, and anyone having a run will not be allowed to run the route if it would overlap his regular/noon run/route. If it does overlap, then it would go to the next senior driver who agrees and does not have an overlap on their regular/noon run/route.
Noon Runs. The bus driver who drives a noon hour run shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours pay for such run, or the actual time, whichever is greater.
Noon RunsIn the event that a noon run becomes available it shall be filled according to the following: a) The noon run shall be offered in order of seniority to city drivers without a noon run; b) If no city driver without a noon run accepts it, the noon run will become part of the city route of the city driver with the least seniority.

  • Additional Wet Weather Procedure 14.15.1 Remaining On Site a) for more than an accumulated total of four hours of ordinary time in any one day; or b) after the meal break, as provided for in clause 17.1 of the Award, for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or c) during the final two hours of the normal work day for more than an accumulated total of one hour, the Enterprise will not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances.

  • Lunch and Rest Periods ‌ A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay. B. Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute rest period during each four (4) hours of work not to exceed two (2) such breaks during a regular eight (8) hour day, whenever practicable. C. The parties agree to comply with ODE regulations.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Unavailability of Tenor of Benchmark Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, at any time (including in connection with the implementation of a Benchmark Replacement), (A) if the then-current Benchmark is a term rate (including the Term SOFR Reference Rate) and either (1) any tenor for such Benchmark is not displayed on a screen or other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion or (2) the regulatory supervisor for the administrator of such Xxxxxxxxx has provided a public statement or publication of information announcing that any tenor for such Benchmark is not or will not be representative, then the Administrative Agent may modify the definition of “Interest Period” (or any similar or analogous definition) for any Benchmark settings at or after such time to remove such unavailable or non-representative tenor and (B) if a tenor that was removed pursuant to clause (A) above either (1) is subsequently displayed on a screen or information service for a Benchmark (including a Benchmark Replacement) or (2) is not, or is no longer, subject to an announcement that it is not or will not be representative for a Benchmark (including a Benchmark Replacement), then the Administrative Agent may modify the definition of “Interest Period” (or any similar or analogous definition) for all Benchmark settings at or after such time to reinstate such previously removed tenor.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

  • Scheduled RDOs on Designated Long Weekends It is recognised that there is merit in programming no work on the RDOs adjacent to public holiday weekends during the working year. This will allow Employees to have quality paid family leisure time.

  • Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.

  • Lease Commencement Date The earlier to occur of (i) the date upon which Tenant first commences to conduct business in the Premises, and (ii) the later to occur of (A) November 1, 2018 and (B) the date upon which the Premises are Ready for Occupancy (as that term is defined in Section 5.1 of the Tenant Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Tenant Work Letter”)).
