NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) The normal straight time hours of work assigned by the Employer shall conform with the following guidelines: i. not more than eight (8) hours in any one day ii. not more than five (5) working days in any seven (7) day period;

(a) The normal straight time hours of work assigned by the Employer shall conform with the following guidelines: i. not more than eight (8) hours in any one day day; ii. not more than five (5) working days in any seven week; iii. not more than forty (740) day period;hours in any week.

(a) The normal straight time hours of work assigned by the Employer shall conform with the following guidelines: i. not more than eight (8) hours in any one day ii. (1) day; not more than five (5) working days in any seven (7) day period;; not more than forty (40) hours in any five (5)working day period. Any hours which the Employer requires an employee to work in excess of the above shall be paid at double time the hourly rate. This does not mean that the Employer guarantees to provide work for any number of hours per day or per week except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement. Split Shifts
