Notice Requirements and Commencement of Leave (1) An employee who requests parental leave for the adoption or caring of a child shall be required to provide proof of adoption or birth of the child.
Evidence requirements An Employee taking sick leave will give the Employer evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person the Employee is absent due to personal illness or injury, in the case of leave taken to attend an appointment (see subclause 61.5(b)) evidence of attendance. Check Requirements Any image of a check that I transmit to you must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time presented to me by the drawer. Prior to capturing the original check, I will indorse the back of the original check. My endorsement will include "For Directions E- Deposit Only" in addition to my signature. The image of the check transmitted to you must accurately and legibly provide, among other things, the following information: (1) the information identifying the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the check, including complete and accurate MICR information and the signature(s); and (2) other information placed on the check prior to the time an image of the check is captured, such as any required identification written on the front of the check and any endorsements applied to the back of the check. The image quality for the check will meet the standards for image quality established by the American National Standards Institute ("ANSI"), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. Rejection of Deposit. You are not liable for any service or late charges levied against me due to your rejection of any item. In all cases, I am responsible for any loss or overdraft plus any applicable fees to my Account due to an item being returned. Items Returned Unpaid. A written notice will be sent to me of transactions you are unable to process because of returned items. With respect to any item that I transmit to you for remote deposit that you credit to my Account, in the event such item is dishonored, I authorize you to debit the amount of such item from the Account. Email Address. I agree to notify you immediately if I change my email address, as this is the email address where you will send me notification of receipt of remote deposit items.
Notice and Evidentiary Requirements 42.8 The employee will give his or her employer notice as soon as reasonably practicable of their request to take leave under this clause.
Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Space Requirements The Construction Administrator will conduct a review of the adequacy of space allotments for maintenance of mechanical, telephone, and fire protection equipment.

Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non‐renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing. Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that when Vendor or its subcontractors are liable for any damages or claims, Vendor’s policy, shall be primary over any other valid and collectible insurance carried by the Member or TIPS. General Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate Automobile Liability: $300,000 Includes owned, hired & non‐owned Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits for the jurisdiction in which the Vendor performs under this Agreement. If Vendor performs in multiple jurisdictions, Vendor shall maintain the statutory limits for the jurisdiction with the greatest dollar policy limit requirement. Notice Requirements All notices required or permitted by this Lease shall be in writing and may be delivered in person (by hand or by messenger or courier service) or may be sent by regular, certified or registered mail or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail, with postage prepaid, or by facsimile transmission during normal business hours, and shall be deemed sufficiently given if served in a manner specified in this Paragraph 23. The addresses noted adjacent to a Party's signature on this Lease shall be that Party's address for delivery or mailing of notice purposes. Either Party may by written notice to the other specify a different address for notice purposes, except that upon Lessee's taking possession of the Premises, the Premises shall constitute Lessee's address for the purpose of mailing or delivering notices to Lessee. A copy of all notices required or permitted to be given to Lessor hereunder shall be concurrently transmitted to such party or parties at such addresses as Lessor may from time to time hereafter designate by written notice to Lessee.
