Common use of Notice of Address Change Clause in Contracts

Notice of Address Change. It is the sole responsibility of each employee to keep the Employer fully advised of her current address and current phone number. Any notice sent by the Employer shall be sent by registered mail to the address most recently given by the employee as her home address. Such notice will be deemed to be received by the employee on the second (2nd) postal day following its being sent.
