Notice of Appropriation. The Lessee shall give notice to the Lessor by no later than June 30 of each year of the amount budgeted by the Lessee and appropriated by the Board of Supervisors for all payments required to be made by the Lessee under the Agreement in the Fiscal Year commencing on the immediately succeeding July and whether such amount is sufficient to meet all such required payments during such period.

Notice of Appropriation. The City Manager shall deliver to the CDA and to the Trustee within 10 days after the beginning of each of the City's fiscal years a written notice specifying the amount of Annual Installments appropriated by the City Council to the CDA during such year. The City agrees within that same 10 day period to notify the Trustee for the Bonds and each Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository and any State Information Depository within the Commonwealth of Virginia in the event the City Council fails to appropriate any amounts payable hereunder by the City.

  • Fiscal Appropriations This Contract is subject to and contingent upon available local, state, and/or federal funds and applicable budgetary appropriations being approved by the County of Orange Board of Supervisors for each fiscal year during the term of this Contract. If such appropriations are not approved, the Contract will be terminated, without penalty to the County.
