Notice of Deratings and Outages. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller will inform PacifiCorp, via telephone to a number specified by PacifiCorp (or other method approved by PacifiCorp), of any major limitations, restrictions, deratings or outages known to Seller affecting the Facility for the following day (except curtailments pursuant to Section 4.4(b)) and will promptly update Seller's notice to the extent of any material changes in this information, with “major” defined as affecting more than five (5) percent of the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility.
