Notice of Hours. The Employer shall fix the Employee’s ordinary hours of work and the ordinary time of meal breaks which shall be displayed in a conspicuous place accessible to the Employees or in their contract of employment and such hours shall not be changed, without payment of overtime for work done outside the fixed hours, unless seven days’ notice of any change of hours is given by the Employer to the Employee. Provided that such seven days’ notice shall not be required if any change of hours is by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
