Notice of Hours. (a) The Employer shall advise School Services Officers of the ordinary starting and finishing times of work and the ordinary time of meal breaks, which shall be displayed in a conspicuous place accessible to the School Services Officer. Such times shall not be changed without payment of overtime for work done outside these times, unless seven days’ notice of any change is given by the Employer, provided that seven days’ notice shall not be required if any change of hours is by mutual agreement between the Employer and the School Services Officer.
