Notice of Housing Agreement. For clarity, the Owner acknowledges and agrees that: a) This Housing Agreement constitutes a housing agreement entered into under s. 483 of the Local Government Act; and b) The City is requiring the Owner to file a notice of housing agreement in the LTO against title to the Land.
Notice of Housing Agreement. The Owner acknowledges and agrees that: (a) this Agreement constitutes a covenant under Section 219 of the Land Title Act and a housing agreement entered into under section 483 of the Local Government Act (British Columbia); and where an Employee Unit is a separate legal parcel the Municipality will file a notice of housing agreement under section 483 of the Local Government Act in the LTO against title to the Employee Unit; and where Employee Units are not separate legal parcels, or have not yet been constructed, or where the land has not yet been Subdivided to create the Employee Units, the Municipality will file a notice of housing agreement under section 483 of the Local Government Act in the LTO against title to the Land.
Notice of Housing Agreement. 10.1 For clarity, the Owner and the Lessee acknowledge and agree that: (a) this Agreement constitutes a housing agreement entered into under Section 483 of the Local Government Act; (b) the City is required to file a notice of housing agreement in the Land Title Office against title to the Lands; and (c) once such a notice is filed, this Agreement binds all persons who acquire an interest in the Lands as a housing agreement under Section 483 of the Local Government Act. 10.2 For so long as the City of Abbotsford is the registered owner of the Lands, the City shall have no liability to the Lessee, the Operator, the Funder or anyone else for any of the obligations of the “Owner” under this Agreement.

This Good Neighbour Agreement is intended to assist with the successful integration of this facility into the surrounding neighbourhood and community as a whole.

  • Notice of Non-Renewal Consultant understands and agrees that there is no representation, implication, or understanding that the City will request that work product provided by Consultant under this agreement be supplemented or continued by Consultant under a new agreement following expiration or termination of this agreement.
