Notice of KDADS Policy Change. KDADS will collaborate with CDDOs in development of new and revised policies pertaining to the activities identified in this Contract. KDADS shall post new or revised policies for review for thirty (30) days on the KDADS website prior to implementation. Upon posting, KDADS shall allow for the submission of written comments by the CDDO and other stakeholders prior to adoption of said policy addition or change. KDADS agrees to review the posted comments and take into consideration possible revisions to ensure policy contents complies with applicable federal regulations, state statutes and regulations. KDADS shall provide the CDDOs with a final feedback matrix documenting KDADS’ responses to their feedback. KDADS shall make reasonable attempts to notify impacted providers/contractors when new or revised policies are posted for comment. The process of notification is as follows:

Notice of KDADS Policy Change. KDADS will provide the CDDO with at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of any new or revised policy or procedure related to the matters addressed by this Contract, including, but not limited to, any cost containment policies or prior authorization requirements.

  • Notice of Shift Change The Co-operative agrees to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice when changing a full-time employee's shift, except in the event of an emergency (an emergency is defined as snowstorm, or flood, or breakdown of machinery, or other instances of force majeure or an unscheduled absence of an employee). Should the Co-operative fail to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice of a shift change as indicated above, each affected employee shall receive double (2) time their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked on the new shift. Mutual agreement of employees to shift changes between each other shall not be deemed covered by this clause, (i.e. the Co- operative will not pay a penalty for this type of a shift change). Such shift changes require the prior approval of management. The Co-operative agrees that wherever possible it shall verbally advise part-time employees twenty-four (24) hours in advance when the Co-operative changes an employee's posted work schedule.

Finally, the Participant hereby declares that he or she does not reserve any action or right to bring any claim against the Company for any compensation or damages as a result of his or her participation in the Plan and therefore grants a full and broad release to the Employer, the Company and any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliates with respect to any claim that may arise under the Plan.

  • Incorporation of Prompt Payment Policy Statement into Contracts The provisions of this Exhibit shall apply to all Payments as they become due and owing pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, notwithstanding that NYSERDA may subsequently amend its Prompt Payment Policy by further rulemaking.

  • Notice of Change Grantee shall notify the Grantor if there is a change in Grantee’s legal status, federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS Number, UEI, XXX registration status, Related Parties, senior management or address. See 30 ILCS 708/60(a). If the change is anticipated, Grantee shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Grantor.
