Notice of Layoff and/or Reduction. The District shall promptly notify in writing, the CSEA Chapter President of its intent to layoff or reduce the assignment of any unit employees and/or unit positions. Layoff of Classified unit members shall be conducted in accordance with applicable provisions of the California Education Code.
