Notice of Recall and Response Requirements. Notice of recall shall be made by telephone to the last reported phone number. It shall be the responsibility of the employee on the recall list to keep the Employer informed of the employee's current address and telephone number. The Employer shall maintain a bound log book for recording all phone calls made for the purpose of recall. Each attempt to call shall consist of two (2) phone calls at least five (5) minutes apart when the first call does not result in contact.
