Notice of the Right to Cancel. You have a right to cancel this agreement if you so wish. • This right can be exercised by delivering or sending to us (including by electronic mail) notice of your cancellation of service in writing. • You can still pause this agreement at any other time by giving us 7 days’ notice in writing (as set out in clause 12.2 of the Terms and Conditions). • Notice of cancellation will take effect as soon as it is posted or sent to us by any other means.
Notice of the Right to Cancel. You may notify us in writing within 7 working days from the date of signing this Agreement (‘Cooling Off Period’) that you wish to cancel the Agreement by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a cancellation notice to Investment Mastery, at xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xxx (‘Cancellation Notice’). A Cancellation Notice shall be deemed to be served by you from the date an electronic mail (e-mail) is sent to us by you. By signing/agreeing verbally to this Agreement you have agreed in writing/verbally that we may perform part of this Agreement prior to the expiry of the Cooling Off Period including but not limited to providing you with products relating to any of the Workshops that you have enrolled for by entering in to this Agreement. Upon receipt of a Cancellation Notice we will refund to you the total amount you have paid to us pursuant to this Agreement as at the date of the Cancellation Notice less the value of any products you have received from us pursuant to this Agreement and also the cancellation admin charge (see below). To the extent that you have received any products from us prior to the date of the Cancellation Notice you will be required to pay us for the full value of the products you have received from us at the date of your Cancellation Notice (in the case of a package purchased the value charged will be the list price rather than any event special or package price). If a refund is due from us to you, we will process it within 10 business days (being any day other than (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day when the clearing banks are not physically open for business in the City of London (Business Day). If you cancel, there is a 5% admin charge on any money taken.

If you sign this contract away from our offices, either following face to face negotiations or if all the negotiations have been by phone or email and you have never dealt face to face with our representative, the following applies: 1.1. Under the Cancellation Regulations we cannot begin providing you with the service under these terms unless you have requested that we begin the service in writing. You may do this by signing in the relevant place on the signatures page. If you request in writing that we begin performance of the service and subsequently you exercise your right to cancel you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the work we have done until you have communicated to us your cancellation. Request for us to begin marketing the Property and all other services as set out in this Agreement during the cancellation period as set out above. If you are entitled to a fourteen day cooling off period as set out above we will not begin performance of the service unless you have requested us to do so in writing.
