Notice of Union meetings. The bulletin board is not to be used by the Union or its members for disseminating propaganda of any kind whatsoever, and among other things, it shall not be used for the posting of material of a political or controversial nature or for advertising purposes. Any document placed on the bulletin board must be signed by an officer or official representative of the Union.
