Notice to Public. 5.1 The Venue Owner agrees to post a notice at the entrance to its venue and inside each Ice Rink Sheet, advising the public that the venue is monitored by video cameras for security, safety and commercial purposes, and participants waive any claim relating to the capture or public transmission of his/her participation while at the venue. LiveBarn will supply and post these notices during its initial installation and reserves the right to modify the language contained therein from time to time, in its sole discretion, to satisfy its legal obligations.
5.2 In all agreements with parties for usage of the Venue, Venue Owner will include provisions both disclosing the existence of LiveBarn broadcasting at the Venue and requiring such parties to notify all their users of the Venue of this.
Notice to Public. CMS concurrently gives notice of the termination to the public.
Notice to Public. During the term of this Agreement and any extensions hereof, Licensee shall hold itself out to the public as an independent contractor pursuant to a license from Licensor.

It is the Washington State Department of Transportation’s (WSDOT) policy to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of,or be otherwise discriminated against under any of its federally funded programs and activities. Any person who believes his/her Title VI protection has been violated, may file a complaint with WSDOT’s Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO).
Notice to Public. Within 90 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the County shall post a copy of this Agreement on the Website and include a “Know Your Rights” synopsis of the Agreement for voters with disabilities. The County shall send Claimants a copy of the draft “Know Your Rights” synopsis before posting it and Claimants shall send any feedback within 30 days of receipt. The County shall incorporate Claimants’ feedback unless it asserts that doing so would make the synopsis inaccurate. If the County rejects any recommendations and Claimants dispute such rejection, the Parties shall resolve the issue through the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section X.
Notice to Public. During the term of this Agreement and any extensions hereof, HT shall hold itself out to the public as an independent contractor operating the business pursuant to a license from OS. HT agrees to take such action as may be requested by OS to do so, including, without limitation, exhibiting a notice of that fact in a conspicuous place on the Assets, the content of which OS reserves the right to specify.
Notice to Public. (1) Listed activities and activities approved by order—(i) In a case involving an activity listed in § 225.28 or previously approved by the Board by order, the Reserve Bank shall notify the Board for publication in the FEDERAL REGISTER immediately upon receipt by the Reserve Bank of:
(A) A notice under this section; or
(B) A written request that notice of a proposal under this section or § 225.23 be published in the FEDERAL REGISTER. Such a request may request that FED- ERAL REGISTER publication occur up to 15 calendar days prior to submission of a notice under this subpart.
