Notices Signatures. Whenever any notice is required to be given by either of the parties to this Agreement to the other, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, either party shall do so by letter at the following designated addresses or at such other addresses as may by designated by a party in written notification to the other party.
Notices Signatures. 1. A few times a year, students will be given notices requiring parent/guardian signatures. These are to insure that parents are aware of upcoming performances, “dress” rehearsals (usually 7:30 AM), performance dress code, etc.
Notices Signatures. The Service Agreement will indicate whether any individuals or entities are to receive formal notices under the Service Agreement other than as set forth in the Master Agreement. The Service Agreement will be signed by authorized representatives of Service Provider and the County.
Notices Signatures a) Any notice to be given or other documents to be delivered by either Party to the other Party may be delivered in person to such Party, or may be deposited in the United States mail as certified mail, return receipt requested, with postage thereon fully prepaid or via a national overnight courier, and addressed to the Party for whom intended at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement (or such other address as shall be provided to the other Party in writing at any time). Such notice or other documents shall be deemed received upon the Party’s actual receipt thereof. Either Party to this Agreement may, from time to time by written notice to the other, designate a different address, which shall be substituted for the one above. Notices sent by certified mail shall be deemed effective when an appropriate receipt is signed.
