Notices to Certificate Insurer. The Trust Administrator will promptly provide copies to the Certificate Insurer of all reports or statements provided under this Agreement by any Servicer (upon request) or the Master Servicer. The Trustee will promptly provide to the Certificate Insurer all certifications of collateral and document delivery on the date required to be provided by it to any other party in its possession. All notices, statements, reports, certificates or opinions required by this Agreement to be sent to the Certificateholders shall also be sent to the Certificate Insurer.

Notices to Certificate Insurer. The Trust Administrator will permit the Certificate Insurer access to the website of the Trust Administrator to obtain loan level information with respect to the Mortgage Loans. The Certificate Insurer shall have the right to request additional information regarding loan level performance and the Trust Administrator shall provide such information as soon as reasonably possible (to the extent the Trust Administrator has such information). If the Trust Administrator no longer provides information on its website that is comparable to the loan level information being provided as of the date hereof, the Depositor hereby directs the Trust Administrator to provide, and the Trust Administrator hereby agrees that it shall provide pursuant to such direction, a loan level collateral file containing comparable loan level information. The Trustee will promptly provide to the Certificate Insurer all certifications of collateral and document delivery on the date required to be provided by it to any other party in its possession. All notices, statements, reports, certificates or opinions required by this Agreement to be sent to the Certificateholders shall also be sent to the Certificate Insurer.

Notices to Certificate Insurer. All notices, statements, reports, certificates or opinions required by this Agreement to be sent to any other party hereto or to any of the Certificateholders shall also be sent to the Certificate Insurer. The Trustee shall, upon retirement of the Class A-1 Certificates, furnish to the Certificate Insurer a notice of such retirement, and, upon retirement of the Class A-1 Certificates and the expiration of the term of the Policy, surrender the Policy to the Certificate Insurer for cancellation.

The Servicer shall designate at least one Certificate Insurer Contact Person who shall be available to the Certificate Insurer to provide reasonable access to information regarding the Mortgage Loans. Access to Certificateholders’ Names and Addresses; Special Notices (a) The Certificate Registrar shall maintain in as current form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders. If any Certificateholder or Certificate Owner (a “Certifying Certificateholder”) that has delivered an executed certification as contemplated by Section 5.07(c) reflecting the appropriate information to the Certificate Administrator at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Global Transaction Services – CGCMT 2019-C7 (i) requests in writing from the Certificate Registrar a list of the names and addresses of Certificateholders, (ii) states that such Certifying Certificateholder desires to communicate with other Certificateholders and Certificate Owners with respect to its rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and (iii) provides a copy of the communication which Certifying Certificateholder proposes to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within ten (10) Business Days after the receipt of such request (a “Communication Request”), furnish such Certifying Certificateholder (at such Certifying Certificateholder’s sole cost and expense) a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date as they appear in the Certificate Register. Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, agrees that the Certificate Registrar shall not be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the list of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which information was derived. The Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, the Operating Advisor and the Depositor shall be entitled to a list of the names and addresses of Certificateholders from time to time upon request therefor.
Notification to Certificateholders (a) Upon any termination of or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and to each Rating Agency.
Reports to Certificateholders (a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall prepare (based solely on information provided by the Master Servicer) and shall make available to each Certificateholder and each Rating Agency a written report setting forth the following information (on the basis of Mortgage Loan level information obtained from the Servicers and the Master Servicer):
