Notification and Posting a. Notification of all vacant or new positions to be filled, including released time and administrative positions, will be made to the Faculty Council and to each individual Employee, including those on layoff. Positions will be posted at locations mutually agreed upon by the parties. b. The notification and posting will be made by the first pay date following the determination to fill the vacancy or new position. Such notification shall include a general description of the position and qualifications. Those Employees on layoff will be notified by first class mail. Employees will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the post office registration date in which to apply.

  • Authorization and Consent The Government has given its authorization and consent for all use and manufacture of any invention described in and covered by a patent of the United States in the performance of this Agreement or any part hereof or any amendment hereto or any subcontract hereunder (including any lower-tier subcontract) which is expected to exceed $100,000.
