Notification and Transmittal of Monies. 1. The Association will certify to the Board, in writing, the current rate of annual membership dues on a person by person basis. 2. The Association will furnish written authorization to the District with a complete list of deductions no later than October 10th of each year. Any changes to the list must be authorized by the Association. The District will notify the Association within five (5) days of any attempted changes to the list. 3. All fees shall be transmitted to the Association on a monthly basis not later than five (5) working days following the date of a payroll. 4. Request to withdraw membership and cease dues‟ payments must be made in writing to the Association during the window period.
