Notification of Delays. Not less than once each calendar month from the date of this Work Letter through the Term Commencement Date, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant written notification of the number of days during the immediately preceding calendar month Landlord’s performance under this Work Letter or the Lease was delayed as a result of Tenant Delays or delays arising by reason of any Force Majeure as defined in Section 34 of the Lease (a “Force Majeure Delay”), which written notification shall also include a description of the nature of such Tenant Delay or Force Majeure Delay.
Notification of Delays. MHP Owner/Operator shall cause contractor to promptly notify PG&E in writing of any impending cause for delay that may affect PG&E’s schedule. If possible, PG&E will coordinate and assist contractor in reducing the delay.
Notification of Delays. The Contractor must promptly notify the PHN (and within 4 Business Days):
(a) if it becomes evident to the Contractor that anything, including an act or omission of the PHN or its Personnel, may delay the carrying out of the Services; or
(b) if for any reason whether or not within the Contractor’s control it is unable or unwilling to carry out the Services.
Notification of Delays. CONSULTANT shall notify RTC as soon as CONSULTANT has knowledge that an event has occurred or otherwise becomes aware that CONSULTANT will be delayed in the completion of the work. Within ten (10) working days thereafter, CONSULTANT shall provide such notice to RTC, in writing, furnishing as much detail on the delay as possible and requesting an extension of time.
Notification of Delays. Contractor shall promptly notify SOCALGAS in writing of any impending cause for delay that may affect SOCALGAS schedule. If possible, SOCALGAS will coordinate and assist Contractor in reducing the delay.
Notification of Delays. The Grantee shall inform the SLBA’s Contact of any delays in the start-up of the project and any delays in progress toward completion of the project. Any change to the Contract End Date must be approved by SLBA as set forth in Section IV. The individuals signing below certify by their signatures that they are authorized to sign this Contract on behalf of their organization, and that the Parties will fulfill the terms of this Contract, including the attached Exhibit A, and used only as set forth herein.
Notification of Delays. During the term of the Agreement, AV shall provide to HAPSMobile a Quarterly Status Report per Attachment F, Exhibit B on its performance under the Statement of Work and completion of the Deliverables and Milestones on a quarterly basis. If AV has reason to believe that it will not be able to complete a Deliverable or Milestone on or before its applicable Estimated Completion Date, it shall notify HAPSMobile in the Quarterly Status Report of:
(a) The cause of the delay;
(b) The expected period of delay;
(c) The steps proposed to be taken by AV to minimise the delay; and
(d) The impact of the delay as related to any projected increase of expected Incurred Costs.
Notification of Delays. Borrowers, upon request by Investment Manager, shall regularly advise Investment Manager of any material delay in delivery or performance, or material claims made, in regard to any of the Collateral.
Notification of Delays. MHP Owner/Operator shall cause contractor to promptly notify Liberty Utilities in writing of any impending cause for delay that may affect Liberty Utilities schedule. If possible, Liberty Utilities will coordinate and assist contractor in reducing the delay.
Notification of Delays. MHP Owner/Operator shall cause contractor to promptly notify Pacific Power in writing of any impending cause for delay that may affect Pacific Power’s schedule. If possible, Pacific Power will coordinate and assist contractor in reducing the delay.
