Common use of Notification of Discipline Clause in Contracts

Notification of Discipline. Any employee disciplined or discharged for just cause shall be given a written notification by the District within ten (10) calendar days of the action. A copy shall be placed within the personnel file of the employee with a copy to the Union. The employee may elect to submit a grievance under 22.0, following said action.
