Notification of Return from Leave of Absence a. A secretary returning from a leave of absence must notify the Human Resources Office at least two (2) weeks before the expiration date of the leave of the date of return in order to permit planning, scheduling, and placement.
Notification of Return from Leave of Absence. All employees on a leave of absence (except child rearing leave, refer #10.41) shall give the District a 60 school day notification of the date the employee plans to return to work. This provision excludes summer vacation. If no notification is received by the District, the employee’s job may be considered abandoned.
