Notification of Schedule Changes. The Association recognizes that student needs are paramount in the Board’s determination of the optimum yearly, weekly, and daily schedule(s) for provision of auxiliary services by bargaining unit members. The Board and Administration recognize the legitimate desire of employees to be informed in advance about impending changes in work schedules, and the Board agrees to provide two (2) calendar weeks advance notice of schedule changes to all affected employees whenever practical.

Notification of Schedule Changes. Established regular work schedules will not be changed with less than ten (10) working days advance notice, except in the following circumstances: (a) for the duration of an emergency; or (b) to accommodate the operational need to coordinate work with an external agency; or (c) notice is voluntarily waived in writing by the employee(s).
Notification of Schedule Changes. Administrators shall provide at least five (5) school daysnotice to the teachers of any change in the regular daily schedule. Such schedule changes include but are not limited to safety drills, assemblies or field trips. This notice shall include plans and procedures for conducting the activity. Prior notice will not be required when, in the opinion of the administrator, it is in the best interest of the school to change the schedule. If five (5) or more teachers complain in writing (signed) to the Association that there has been a misapplication of this provision, it may be filed as an Association grievance.
