Prior 41 to involuntary transfer being affected, the District will first ask for volunteers who are willing to be 42 transferred. Employees shall have five (5) working days to request a voluntary transfer. 43 44 Any employee who is assigned to teach or serve in an area outside of his or her endorsement will not be 45 non-renewed based on teaching performance in that area and the out-of-endorsement assignment will 46 be noted on the annual evaluation as per state law. The District will provide support for successful 47 teaching in this out-of-endorsement assignment.
