Notification; Reports. When Party A develops Product Technology, it will promptly give notice of such Product Technology to Party B, and will provide Party B with a report describing in detail such Product Technology. In addition, Party B may request that Party A periodically report to Party B all Product Technology developed or under development, and upon such request, Party A will render a report to Party B within a reasonable time describing in detail any Product Technology.

Notification; Reports. The Recipient must provide DNP with Notification Reports, substantially in the form of the template provided by DNP (if any). The Recipient must provide each Notification Report by the due dates specified in Schedule 3 – Milestones Schedule. The Notification Report must include but need not be limited to, the following information for each Reporting period: Project performance information including: details of work undertaken and tasks (including Milestones) completed in the Reporting period and the amount of Funds expended during the Reporting period; if relevant, details of progress against the Project Plan, including monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities specified in the Project Plan; and a discussion and statement as to whether the timeframes and Milestones for the Project (and specifically during the Report period) are being met and an explanation of any delays that have occurred, including the reasons for those delays and the action the Recipient proposes to take to address the delay and the expected effects (if any) the delay will have on the Project (including subsequent Milestones and the overall completion of the Project); and a statement as to whether the Project is proceeding within the Project Budget, and if it is not, an explanation of why the Project Budget is not being met and the action the Recipient proposes to take to address this.

In the event that an overall opinion cannot be expressed, such registered public accounting firm shall state in such report why it was unable to express such an opinion. Such report must be available for general use and not contain restricted use language.

  • Daily Reports On each Business Day, the Servicer, with prior notice, shall prepare and make available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the preceding Business Day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the preceding Business Day.
