Termination Report definition

Termination Report means a report prepared by the Recipient and submitted to the Provider on termination of the Project. The Termination Report will include, inter alia, reason for termination, status of Project at termination and current state of Materials.

Termination Report has the meaning ascribed thereto Section 6.4(b).
