Common use of Notification to Employer/Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Notification to Employer/Indemnification. If any nurse who is a member of the Association during the term of this Agreement ceases to be a member of the Association in good standing, the Association shall notify the Employer in writing of such fact. The Employer will be required to terminate that nurse within twenty (20) calendar days of actual receipt of such notice. The Association hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from all claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability (including costs and attorney’s fees as incurred) that may arise against the Employer for complying with the Association's request for termination.
