Notification to Supervisor. In order to receive pay for a day on which the employee serves jury duty, an employee must notify his/her immediate supervisor immediately after being summoned for jury duty and must furnish satisfactory evidence to the Board that jury duty was performed on the day(s) for which payment is claimed.
