Accumulation of Credits. (a) Each Employee in the Bargaining Unit may be granted one and one-half (1 ½) days sick leave with pay for each completed calendar month of service up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and fifty (150) days. (b) An Employee who, as at the date of signing this Agreement, has accumulated sick leave credits in excess of one hundred and fifty (150) days shall not forfeit any sick leave credits, however, shall not accumulate sick leave credits until such time as their accumulated sick leave credits fall below one hundred and fifty (150) days at which time the maximum accumulation of one hundred and fifty (150) days shall apply.

Accumulation of Credits. Employees shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay during each fiscal year on the following basis: (a) Employees who have completed less than six (6) years continuous service shall earn vacation entitlement at the rate of seven and one-half (7.5) hours for each one hundred and thirty (130) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code X and at the rate of eight (8) hours for each one hundred and thirty- eight point six (138.6) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code Y. (b) Employees who have completed six (6) years continuous service shall earn vacation entitlement at the rate of seven and one-half (7.5) hours for each ninety- seven (97) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code X and at the rate of eight (8) hours for each one hundred and four (104) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code Y. (c) Employees who have completed fifteen (15) years continuous service shall earn vacation entitlement at the rate of seven and one-half (7.5) hours for each seventy- eight (78) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code X and at the rate of eight (8) hours for each eighty-three point two (83.2) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code Y. (d) Employees who have completed twenty-six (26) years continuous service shall earn vacation entitlement at the rate of seven and one-half (7.5) hours for each sixty-five (65) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code X and at the rate of eight (8) hours for each sixty-nine point three (69.3) hours of work or paid leave for employees with letter code Y.

(a) 100% of the prescribed minimum hourly rate of pay for General Workers, subject to no employee being paid less than the national minimum hourly rate of pay; (b) 85% of the prescribed minimum hourly rates of pay, for all other Occupation Skills Levels of employees, subject to no employee being paid less than the national minimum hourly rate of pay; (c) 100% of the prescribed Council Xxxxxx; (d) 100% of the prescribed Leave Pay Fund contributions; (e) 100% of the required Agency Fee (where applicable); and (f) Death and Disability Scheme contributions. Refer to clause 8.2.1 of ADDENDUM 1. (g) 100% of NEEC Provident Fund contributions (refer to clause 8.3.1 of ADDENDUM 1).
